A solid blockoff panel for the BMW E46 front cupholder opening. The factory cupholder is a known weak point on the chassis — the arms snap, the mechanism jams, and what is left is an open cavity in the middle of the console.

This replaces the assembly with a single solid piece printed to the OEM cupholder's external dimensions, so it drops into the same opening with no cutting, adhesive or permanent modification. Printed in carbon-fiber-reinforced PETG, which holds its shape in a car that sits in the sun.
