Why Forged Carbon?

Superior Strength
Random fiber orientation delivers multi-directional strength that outperforms traditional woven carbon.
Weight Savings
Up to 40% lighter than aluminum with comparable rigidity — critical for reducing unsprung mass.
Isotropic Properties
Uniform mechanical properties in all directions eliminate weak points and improve impact resistance.

Process Validation

From CAD to Track

  1. CAD Design

Precision 3D modeling and motion simulation ensure every component interfaces perfectly with factory geometry before tooling begins.

  2. Tooling & Fixturing

Custom fixturing is built to maintain consistent geometry, pressure, and alignment throughout the molding process, ensuring repeatable quality in every batch.

  3. Forged-Carbon Production

Chopped carbon fiber and resin are compression-molded under controlled heat and pressure, achieving aluminum-like strength at a fraction of the weight.

  4. Real-World Testing

Each component is tested under real driving conditions to verify feel, durability, and overall performance before release.

THE MISSION

Performance you can feel. Engineering you can trust.

At Guebara Performance Composites, the goal is simple: build components that improve the driving experience in ways you can actually feel.

Every part begins with CAD modeling and motion simulation — material choice comes second, chosen only where it earns its place.

We design for:

  • cleaner engagement
  • reduced compliance
  • sharper mechanical feedback
  • long-term durability under real-world load

No mass production. Every component is developed, tested, and small-batch manufactured by hand in San Diego, California.
