The Mission

The goal is simple: build components that improve the driving experience in ways you can actually feel.

Every part begins with CAD modeling and motion simulation against factory geometry. Material choice comes second, chosen only where it earns its place.

Interfaces are modeled from the actual mounting points on each chassis. Tolerances are held tight enough that an assembly feels the same from one batch to the next, and every design is driven on road and track before it is released.

Materials

Four processes are in regular use here. What each one is, where it goes, and who makes it.

M1

Forged Carbon

Chopped fiber and resin compression-molded under heat and pressure. No repeating weave, so the marbling is unique to every part.

Billet Aluminum & Stainless

CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum and stainless steel, cut to our drawings and held to tight interface tolerances.

M3

Cast Polyurethane

Premium-grade 80A urethane, poured by hand. Every set comes out of the mold slightly different.

No mass production. Forged carbon, urethane and printed parts are made in-house in San Diego, California. Machined metal is produced by vetted partners to our drawings, then inspected and finished here.

The Platform

We build for a group of BMW chassis that share their architecture — the E46, E36, E39, Z3 and Z4. These five carry the same shifter-carrier mounting point, chassis interfaces and driveline architecture, which is what makes real cross-chassis fitment possible instead of a “fits most” compromise.

Building for this platform rather than a one-size-fits-all design means every component is engineered against real factory geometry. Interfaces are modeled from the actual mounting points on each chassis, and fitment is verified per chassis rather than assumed.

E46 fitment is physically test-fitted. E36, E39, Z3 and Z4 are confirmed by OEM part-number cross-reference and modeled against factory geometry in CAD.

Small Batch

Parts are made to order in small batches. Every unit is inspected before it ships, and the person who designed it is the person who answers your email.
